Katrina Dunn - Chief Executive Officer

Kat Dunn is the CEO Australia of Grameen Australia. Kat started her career as a lawyer at Clayton Utz, was on the senior leadership team and Diversity Council at Perpetual Limited and most recently served as COO of tech media company, Ideapod.

She is the creator of F-OFF: Fear of Failure Forum, and publicly advocates the need to overcome our national fear of failure in order to innovate. She is on the board of food tech company, Food Frontier, which advances healthier people and a healthier planet through plant based meat and clean meat.Kat is passionate about empowering humans rich or poor to grow their potential.

Annabel Anderson - Operations Director

Annabel Anderson is a university student studying a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Security Studies. She has experience as an intern for the Jane Goodall Institute Australia, a research assistant for NSW Greens Senator Mehreen Faruqi, a rapporteur to the International Law Association Conference 2018 and as a delegate to the Convention on International Trade in Fauna and Flora conference of the parties.

Her areas of interest include international environmental law, wildlife conservation and international political economy. Annabel is a strong advocate for sustainable social and environmental development, offering a diverse perspective as a young woman. She hopes to tap into the potential of other young entrepreneurs to make this a world of 3 zeros. 

William Randall - Head of Finance & Strategy

Will has a background in finance and accounting, now working in strategy and operations consulting at KPMG.

In addition to business advisory experience, Will has been the treasurer of a number of incorporated associations in Australia and is passionate about the societal impacts that social businesses can create as well as the opportunity to create an ecosystem to support those enterprises through their nascent stages

Lucy Goodin - Projects Director

Lucy joined the Grameen Australia team in April after being part of the Social Impact Mission delegation to Manila and Social Business Youth Summit in March 2019. She recently graduated from a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and is currently working as a research assistant for a barrister whilst volunteering with Grameen Australia as projects director.

Lucy has previously worked for a number of consulting and advisory practices. She is passionate about the transformational power of social business and has a particular interest in consulting and international commercial arbitration. 

Eva Harrington - Communications Officer

Eva is a university student studying a Bachelor of Communication. After spending a year in the United Kingdom working as a teaching assistant, she has found a passion for efficacious communication. She is currently working as a paralegal for a commercial litigation firm. Eva has experience as a NSW Women's Alliance representitive and has volunteered overseas as part of a Philippines Good Samaritan Project.

Eva is interested in creating sustainable social change, specifically for women in developing communities. She hopes to raise public awareness and aid in the alleviation of the economic divide.
