"The loans provided by Grameen have been a source of capital to invest in making a business which matches the skills of my husband, in particular, his skill in making furniture with bamboo. To be a member of Grameen is a real honour to clients who are poor, especially the women.

We have seen the project help a lot of women establish a business and develop their enterprising skills. We have also seen a discipline for women with paying on time to ensure their project can continue.

This has provided us with the opportunity to allow our children to focus on school."
